Mike Corbett co-founded Jarvis Consulting Group in 2019 after over 20 years of experience in the search and recruitment field, including 10+ years as Chief Executive Officer of CoreHR. He co-created Jarvis to introduce a more equitable and sustainable alternative to traditional hiring models.

Mike recognized that to bridge the gap between qualified talent and high-impact organizations, he needed to create opportunities for these groups to meet and align and develop more inclusive, intentional hiring practices for the modern world.

Understanding that the key to any organization's success is its people, Mike works with executives and senior leaders to build technology strategies that empower organizations to succeed and grow in highly competitive environments.
